I had no plan, couldn't speak any language but Russian, and even my choice of Shanghai was totally random. This love affair with Shanghai started for me 6 years ago, and I can sincerely say that it was love at first sight. It is the craziest city with unbelievable energy where life tests you every single day, and this neverending lesson keeps challenging me to be smarter,better, stronger. I'm endlessly grateful for this amazing opportunity. I have traveled most of the South-East Asia, spent quite sometime in Thailand, Cambodia,Laos, Mongolia, the Maldives. I have also traveled around other countries a lot, but Shanghai seduces me to come back every single time."

The real name of DJ NAOMI is Nicole Skorik.
She was born in Russia and raised in China, Shanghai.
Being surrounded by art and music from an early age, NAOMI was always drawn to creativity, art and entertainment.Later in her life she obtained two University degrees in Law and Psychology.
She has spent time as an active lawyer along with being featured in many Law publications in China.
She also had a practice as a psychologist in Russia and got her ECF Master Coach certificate in 2021.
“DJ NAOMI” trade mark certificate was officially granted in 2017.
2017 also saw the creation of her own lipstick line along with giving make up masterclasses to Mary Kay whilst she was active as a runway model for Vogue Magazine.
